Jerod Bauer

Jerod Bauer has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction. As the Construction Manager for HSF, Mr. Bauer focuses on asset over-sight of HSF sponsor’s development projects. Over-sight that helps mediate risk during the stages of due-diligence, entitlement, closing, and ultimately construction. Prior to joining HSF, Mr. Bauer attained a diverse background managing projects ranging in size from $4 million to $250 million in development, general contracting and subcontracting on various product types. Mr. Bauer is LEED accredited and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from California State University, Fullerton.
