HSF was founded by Craig Hall in 1995 as a vehicle to provide entrepreneurial debt capital to high-quality commercial real estate projects throughout the U.S. Throughout its history, we have continually adjusted our loan program in response to various points in economic and real estate cycles to meet the needs of borrowers and maintain a strong focus on multifamily and hotel construction lending.
