Travis Bell

Travis Bell joins HALL Structured Finance with a background in commercial real estate finance and business development. As loan officer at HALL Structured Finance, Mr. Bell will be responsible for originating loans for commercial real estate projects across the US, with a strong focus on multifamily and hotel construction loans.

Prior to joining HALL Structured Finance, Mr. Bell led commercial real estate loan originations for Stonebriar Commercial Finance. With a focus on sourcing, structuring, and closing complex transactions, he has originated over 50 commercial real estate loans totaling more than $300 million across various asset classes including industrial, retail, office, healthcare, and hospitality.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Bell serves on the board for The Finance Forum and has been a committee member for the Frisco Young Professionals organization.
