Washington Apartments

The Washington Apartments will be a 200-unit multifamily development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The project combines two new four-story buildings, and the adaptive reuse of an existing former assisted living facility that will include 2,000 square feet of retail space featuring high-end amenities. The sponsor for the project is Altitude Capital Partners.
