Meet the Team

Get to know our dynamic HALL Structured Finance team in our new “Meet the Team” series. 

Meet our vice president Rebecca Reitz. Rebecca joined HALL Group in 1988 and was appointed to the position of compliance and closing officer for HALL Structured Finance in 2006. Rebecca is responsible for monitoring loan agreements and insuring the ongoing compliance of borrowers in such areas as financial reporting, insurance renewal, tax payments and escrows. Rebecca also acts as a closing coordinator in managing and insuring compliance with the closing checklist by borrowers for each loan closing. She has served on the Frisco YMCA Board from 2009 – 2013.

1. What is your favorite food?

• • Being a native Texan, it has to be Mexican!

2. Do you have a pet and what is their name?

• • Two horses – PJ and Drago, 2 goats – Moses and Chloe, 2 cats – Tiger and Buster, 7 chickens – the chicas, and my blue heeler Sadie Blue!

3. What is your favorite sport to watch, and which team do you root for?

• • Hockey – Go Stars!

4. What are your hobbies outside of work?

• • Yardwork, hiking, fishing, snow skiing…love being outdoors!

5. Where is your favorite place to travel?

• • Hawaii

6. What’s your favorite book?

• • I am not a big reader, but love the classics – Little Women is one of my favorites.

7. Which movie have you seen recently or what are you watching on Netflix?

• • I am a huge movie buff but have not been to the theater in a while. I like all types of movies, unless they are gory, then I am out!

8. What do you enjoy about the work you do?

• • Hands down the people that I work with and love that my job constantly challenges me.

9. What’s your favorite type of HALL Wines?

• • I love most all of the HALL Wines, but Bergfeld is my favorite.
