HALL Structured Finance is an entrepreneurial, value-add, direct private lender in the commercial real estate industry. We provide capital for ground-up construction, adaptive reuse and major asset repositioning for commercial real estate projects, with a focus on multifamily and hotel construction lending, throughout the U.S.

Our lending program is designed to provide real estate owners, operators and developers with an alternative to bank financing and is a resource for projects that may be underserved by institutional capital markets.

COMPANY HISTORY

HALL Structured Finance was founded by Craig Hall in 1995 as a vehicle to provide entrepreneurial debt capital to high-quality commercial real estate projects throughout the U.S. Throughout its history, the company has continually adjusted its loan program in response to various points in economic and real estate cycles to meet the needs of borrowers and we maintain a strong focus on multifamily and hotel construction lending. HALL Structured Finance is a subsidiary of Dallas-based HALL Group.
