Allyson Van Blarcum

Ms. Van Blarcum joined HALL Structured Finance in 2021. As Vice President for HALL Structured Finance, her primary responsibility is new loan originations with a focus on sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing ground up construction and bridge loans. Prior to joining HALL Structured Finance, Ms. Van Blarcum held debt origination roles at both ACORE Capital and GE Capital Real Estate and since 2013, she has been involved in closing over $4.5B of debt transactions. Ms. Van Blarcum holds a BBA degree with honors in Real Estate and Professional Selling from Baylor University. She currently serves on the BOD for Hope Cottage, the oldest nonprofit, non-faith-based adoption agency in Dallas.
