Stephanie Byrd

Stephanie Byrd serves as General Counsel and Executive VP for HALL Group. She directs its legal affairs and oversees its risk management. Ms. Byrd’s legal career began with a downtown Dallas law firm, where she represented clients in a wide range of practice areas both in litigation and transactions. After several years, she moved to California to pursue the performing arts. There, she also joined an AmLaw 200 firm and expanded her legal background to include risk management and insurance coverage. Upon her return to Dallas, Ms. Byrd found the perfect fit with HALL Group for her diverse, dual-state practice and her love for the arts. Ms. Byrd holds a bachelor’s of business administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a juris doctorate from Baylor School of Law.
