Meet the Team

Get to know our dynamic HALL Structured Finance team in our new “Meet the Team” series.

Meet our Vice President Brad Ferguson. Brad has over 10 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and portfolio management. As Vice President for HALL Structured Finance (HSF), Brad’s primary focus is new loan origination with an emphasis in underwriting, financial analysis and asset management. Prior to joining HSF, Brad held asset management roles with multiple companies overseeing commercial real estate portfolios ranging from $100 million to $2 billion. He holds an MBA from Texas State University and a BBA in real estate and marketing from Baylor University.

1. What is your favorite food?

1. • I am a steak and potatoes kind of guy, but if you’re buying I’ll eat it!

2. Do you have a pet and what is their name?

• • Our first child is our dog named Lucy.

3. What is your favorite sport to watch, and which team do you root for?

1. • There is nothing better than college football in the fall. Sic‘em Bears!

4. What are your hobbies outside of work?

• • If it’s not on my Honey Do List, it probably doesn’t get done.

5. Where is your favorite place to travel?

1. • My wife and I did a Mediterranean cruise for our honeymoon. I would go back to Capri for limoncello in a heartbeat.

6. What’s your favorite podcast or book?

• • It is a toss up between You’re My Little Cuddle Bug and The Moon Sees You and Me. I have a two-year-old and a six-month-old at home.

7. Which movie have you seen recently or what are you watching on Netflix?

• • The Irishman and Murder Mystery, I recommend both!

8. What do you enjoy about the work you do?

1. • I like the challenge of finding a good deal and I genuinely like the people I work with. It also doesn’t hurt that our company makes fabulous wines.

9. What’s your favorite type of HALL Wines?

1. • You can’t go wrong with Craig’s Cabernet or Kathryn Hall Cabernet and I’m always up for a glass of Jack’s Masterpiece. Cheers!
